made from scratch Valentine's project #3 - nature hearts

So this Valentine's project isn't really a project, just something I've been doing with the kids. It's been an ongoing task for about a week now and has been more of a challenge than I thought it would be despite having a team of dedicated junior assistants.  Still fun though.



We've been scouting for nature hearts everywhere we go.  I thought it would be easy.  So far our count is up to well...three - 2 heart rocks and 1 heart leaf.  Never fear! The search continues, but in the meantime I think our piddly heart collection is rather charming.  And the pinecone? Lily thought it would be a nice additon to the Love Collection, as we like to call it.
